The company M.O.R. Saw Service Center Inc.was founded in 1972 by Albert Santarone and his son Michael. Albert Santarone was in the Saw Manufacturing and Sharpening Business since 1955 servicing the Metal and Woodworking Industries.
In 1983a new trade name National Carbide Saw & Tool Co. was registered to promote the new line of custom saw blades Michael developed, known as Cobracut.
In the early 80ís an onslaught on new types of materials were being developed from Paper and Plastic Laminated Wood Composits to HiTech Thermal Set and ThermoPlastics; one which, Dupont Corain, was setting new standards. Michael began to work on developing a blade for Corian that would cut Planer Smooth without chipping top and bottom and last longer between sharpenings. Dupont Corian Training Center tested our blades for 6 months and gave us their Seal of Approval. The success of our first blades in the early 80ís led to the development of our present day product line. There is no other product like it on the market.
